The music video for “sever” begins with a close-up of Lee singing, her hair wet. The camera pans out and the entire location is revealed to be a white residence in a high-rise building. Lee, clad in her underwear, sits on the floor of the residence while a big hairy figure behind her closes the blinds of the windows. Lee then crawls on the wet floor and stands up. After a walk to another room, she looks out the window as the hairy figure rushes behind her, and embraces her. Initially resistant, Lee soon begins to dance with the figure. The video ends with Lee twirling to the other end of the room.
